Technical documentation is a very expensive part of a product. A lot of effort is put into developing documents that customers, but also internal staff like support teams, can find useful.
Yet, the number of people that actually read it, or are just aware of its existence, is always pretty small compared to the total number involved.
We do read the documents and with this service we give back value to the investment. For a fraction of the cost involved in training existing or recruiting new staff, we study the documents and provide the expertise on the products.
We define the training objectives and check the achievements together with our customers.
